One-on-one coaching is personalized strategy work built around your specific business. PMG is a group membership: you get live weekly instruction, taught frameworks, and access to a community of other business owners, rather than one-on-one time with Carolyn. If you want individualized strategy first, the Visibility Strategy Session is designed for that. PMG is the ongoing support that follows.
What do I get with PMG membership?

How do the weekly sessions work? Do I have to attend live?
The core session happens every Thursday from 2:00 to 3:00 PM CST and includes hands-on training and community support, not a passive webinar. Live attendance is where you’ll get the most out of the discussion and Q&A, and the content vault gives you a way to catch up on sessions you can’t make live.
What does PMG cost?
Membership is $1,199 per year, paid in full, and renews automatically every 12 months. This rate is available until January 1, 2027, when the price increases to $2,500, so joining now locks in the lower rate.
Is there an application or waitlist to join?
No. Enrollment is open, so you can join whenever you’re ready without applying or waiting for a specific start date.
Do I need to be based in Texas to join?
No. Carolyn and Santosha Solutions are based in Georgetown, Texas, but PMG meets virtually, so you can join and participate from anywhere.
Do I need marketing experience or a big budget to benefit from PMG?
No. PMG is built specifically for business owners who don’t have a marketing team, agency, or big budget behind them. The workshops teach practical concepts and tools you can use right away, regardless of your marketing background.
Can I cancel my membership, or is there a refund policy?
We don’t offer refunds on PMG membership. It’s built as a full year of live training and support, and like most things worth doing, the value shows up when you actually use it: attend the sessions, ask questions, put the strategies into practice.

A lab is working time during our Thursday session. Instead of only listening, you work on your own marketing, like writing posts, updating your Google Business Profile, or building templates, with me there to answer questions as you go. You leave with real work done.

Yes. Workshops cover practical ways to use AI and tools like Canva to create faster, plus what is changing on social media and Google and what it means for your business. You learn the newest strategies and then put them into action.
